first of welcome;)
first thing you could do is put a K&N 57i kit on with a good cold air feed pipe,
as you already have the gsi backbox on fit a remus centre section from LMF cost is around £70 with p+p, a good remap will see around 5bhp, you could also fit a super charger if you have a spare 2.5-3k or a nitrous kit for between £300-500. its all down to what you want and how much money you have
hope this helps:)

dont bother with an induction kit waste of time(sorry bullet) a good panel filter and a modified air box will do the job just fine
welcome aboard

they are only a waste of time if you havent got a heat shield and a good cold air feed which i have got both on my v6 and its runs great,
panel filters are around £40 and fit in the oe airbox and take about 60 secs to change

Personally wouldnt expect to see much if any gains on a stock engine with only airbox mods, best you'll see is a nice induction roar..
Imo sell it and buy a faster car if you want real gains for less outlay
Or as said already very mild mods to exhaust and induction to improve the engine note under acceleration...

your best bet imo is to speak to a reputable specialist (courtney/regal) they should be able to point you down the right route.

i agree with whitebullet an induction kit is better if u can get cold air direct to the filter and a cheap and effective mod is a short shift , will improve accelaration without bhp
