Medium.jpg

c18xel, n reg,
ceramic blue,
good tyres(all different makes though),
105 k,
new cambelt kit and water pump at about 100 k,
usual sport spec inside,
slight bolster wear on the drivers seat,
load cover in the boot,
body work is fairly good,
a few little dinks and quite a few light scratches,
meshed grill
clear side repeaters
bumpstrips removed and de-badged

de-cat'd

the thrust bearing does make a bit of a whine but it's been like that since i brought it 2 yrs ago and hasn't got any louder.

the main niggly problem i've had with it is that after it's been run for a bit and turned off sometimes it won't start, sounds like the timings out.
whenever it does it i open the bonnet and wriggle the loom and it starts first time, so i think it must be a dodgy wire in the loom somewhere.

it doesn't do it allways, tends to be when running round town or short journeys.
i've been to to 2 billings and pv this year and it didn't play up once.

i've changed the afm, cam sensor, cts, lambda, fuel relay and a crank sensor trying to rectify the problem but it still does it not as often now though.
i drive it every day to work etc and most of the time it runs ok, oh and i've changed the icv as the tickover is a bit low but it didn't make any difference.

i've changed the rocker gasket aswell.
i've got another manifold gasket to go on her as the manifold ticks slightly when cold.
it does run a little lumpy on idle but

it's mot'd till the end of jan and taxed till dec.
i'll even chuck in a set of sport alloys with crap tyres and the piper backbox which i took off the car the other week.
any questions just ask.

i can get some more pics if needed, just let me know.

it does go really well for a 1.8.
i'm after £500 ono

forgot to mention it's got a k&n panel filter and de-restricted airbox, a spare cat for the mot and a spare downpipe with a new gasket.

the only spot of rust is on the one arch just starting to come through, about the size of a penny.

would make a good xe,let or turbo conversion.

i'll even hoover and wash it for the buyer:p

viewing is reccomended, post code is tf7.

that's right:)

iirc i had a pm off "short man" asking if i could tax it if he gave me the money, which i couldn't cos not insured on it anymore.

i didn't get as much as i'd hoped but at least it's out the way now.
