I'm now on the look out for a vectra sri 140 estate, must have a full or very long mot, in decent nick, service history prefered.
Not too far from home as her in doors is a bit ****ed that i had her trailing all over the country today to go and look at what turned out to be a nail,lol.
I've got a budget of about 2k ish.

Yeah i've found that aswell, just cannot find a decent one for sale:(

Doesn't really have to be a 140, as long as it's an sri estate not bothered about engine size(apart from 2.2)

why dont you want the 2.2?

A very common problem with the oil jet clogging up causing the chains to snap, i don't think all 2.2's were affected but i don't want to take that risk tbh.

I have seen a nice gsi estate on autotrader in dudley that i've got to have a look at.
